Advanced Testing & Inspection

Every product must perform exactly as intended.


Whether you are bringing a new prototype to life or scaling up for high-volume production, our layers of inspection and testing ensure that your product reaches the market proven, reliable, and ready for use.


Here’re some of оur processes for testing & Quality Control:

  • Our Automated Optical Inspection systems catch even the smallest soldering or placement deviations.
  • X-ray Inspection goes further, verifying hidden joints and complex multilayer assemblies that can’t be checked visually.
  • Beyond structural checks, we perform Functional Testing to validate that the complete system works to specification under real-world conditions.
  • For designs with embedded circuits or complex architectures, we add In-circuit Testing to confirm component integrity and connectivity.
