Assembly:
Mechanical Assembly
Overview
Get familiar with the topic
Mechanical Assembly is how we integrate populated PCBs with enclosures, chassis, wiring, and electromechanical components to deliver fully functional electronic products. It consists of chassis fastening, cable harnessing and routing, connector mating, thermal interface application, sub-assembly integration, and final enclosure closure—ensuring structural integrity, EMI shielding, and environmental sealing where required. Our mechanical lines feature ergonomic workstations, programmable torque drivers, vision-guided alignment fixtures, and ESD-safe tools, enabling rapid setup changes, consistent build quality, and full process documentation with digital work instructions and lot-level serialization. By applying poka-yoke fixtures and lean flow principles, we achieve ≥99% assembly accuracy, reduced handling damage, and scalability from prototypes to medium-volume production. Ready for complete, high-quality product assembly? Let's finish it right.

Manual Box Build
For smaller batches, assembly and packaging are carried out by hand, according to specific requirements and instructions for each product. Each manual assembly workstation is equipped with a computer that records the operation carried out and can display additional instructions on the screen if necessary.
